Aluwani Muligwe earned his Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from the University of the North in 2003, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Pharmacy Management from Medunsa in 2007. He began his professional journey with an internship at Pietersburg Provincial Hospital in 2003, then completed his community service at Letaba Hospital in 2004.

He remained at Letaba Hospital, serving as a Pharmacist, Senior Pharmacist, and eventually Pharmacy Manager until 2008. He later joined Limpopo Medi-Clinic, where he worked as a Pharmacist for nearly two years.

In 2010, Mr. Muligwe joined Management Sciences for Health (MSH), a USAID-funded non-governmental organisation, as a Senior Technical Adviser for Limpopo Pharmaceutical Services, a role he held until 2013. The following year, he became a District Pharmacy Coordinator with SEAD (Strategic Evaluation Advisory and Development Consulting).
